Who are we & what we do?

Keromina Ltd is a Nursing & Care Agency based in Oldham, Greater Manchester. We assist and supply temporary agency staff to care homes within the health care sector by providing fully well trained experienced skilled staff.

Here at Keromina Ltd we currently provide numerous clients in the healthcare sector with Senior Health Care Assistants (SHCA’s), Health Care Assistants (HCA’s) / Support Workers, Registered General Nurses (RGN’s), Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN’s) and Registered Learning Disability Nurses (RNLD’s)

At Keromina we pride ourselves on compliance. All our healthcare assistants are DBS checked. All our Nurses are also DBS checked and vetted through the NMC (Nursing Midwifery Council). All our Senior Carers are fully trained in Safe Handling of Medications and undergo competency based assessments before deployment.

Keromina Ltd is confident that we can meet your companies needs and specific requests due to the proactive, prompt excellent service that we provide. When any healthcare assistants or nurses are booked to one of our clients, the client will receive a full staff profile of the individual being booked. All our Healthcare assistants will arrive for duty equipped with Keromina Uniform and Identification badge.

Keromina Ltd is readily available to assist you. Our office hours are Monday to Friday between 08.00 and 16.00 hours with On Call contact after business hours. We are available for short term cover 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Training

At Keromina we pride ourselves on our extensive training programme provided to our employees from our own companies in house experienced trainer. We provide excellent, in depth and thorough in-house training to all staff including completion of the Care Certificate Standards to ensure that we are confident in their abilities to provide the best level of care to our clients.

​All our staff benefit from extensive face-to-face theory tuition. This is reinforced with practical, hands-on experience on the many training courses we provide.
